Hey there!

Thanks for checking out my blog! I’ll be posting things like healthy snack recipes, fitness workouts and ways to track your progress for whatever journey you are on! I hope to help as many people as I can to lose weight and build muscle by monitoring what they eat as well as fitness exercises that have worked for myself.

My name is Erica, I am married and have a daughter. Throughout my childhood education, and high school I was always in some kind of sport. I loved playing sports and being active, but shortly after graduating I realized it’s much harder to stay active and healthy without someone telling you what to do! In my early 20’s I worked at a gym and learned quite a bit and was in the best shape of my life, however soon after leaving there I fell back into my unhealthy habbits. I’ve created this blog to be my fitness outlet, and to keep me accountable for myself and to help you all stay accountable as well! I hope to help you bring out the healthiest you!

I’m currently working on my Nutritionist Certifications in Sports Nutrition and Weight Loss Nutrition. Everything I post will specify my qualifications. Thank you for checking me out and I hope to see you involved!
